A great way to try out the sport!
This indoor program is open to the public (kids 8 and up and adults) Saturday mornings in February, 10:00am to 12:00pm. We provide the bows and arrows.
Cost: $20 for all 4 weeks.
In this program, open to the public, young people (ages 12-19), learn safe firearms handling and proper marksmanship fundamentals.
They learn to shoot prone, sitting, kneeling, and offhand from several experienced instructors. The final shoot is a competition and the top shooter is awarded a trophy.
Participants need to bring eye and hearing protection.
22 caliber target rifles are provided.
The program runs Saturdays 8:00am to 12:00pm. We start on the 3rd Saturday in January and go to the end of March in our indoor range.
Cost: $40 per participant. Includes targets, ammunition, and use of club target rifles.
We’re proud of our programs that introduce air gun shooting to the public –children, age 8 and older. You do not need to be a club member to sign up – OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
We use .177 CAL pellets. Rifles must have iron sights only, and should be adjustable. If you do not have a match quality air rifle, you can use one of the club’s excellent air guns.
Cost is $10 which includes all targets, ammunition, and use of club rifles for the season. Children must bring their own ear and eye protection.
Program will start on the second Saturday of October at 9am and end a week before Christmas.
